Donna Rice is a trusted leader in Hawaii real estate with over 27 years of experience and more than $225 million in closed sales. A licensed broker since 2001, Donna is known for her market expertise, unwavering discretion, and commitment to delivering exceptional, personalized service.
Her real estate journey began in 1998, grounded in the discipline and values instilled by her father, a proud Army veteran. She is a graduate of Killeen High School in Texas, the University of San Francisco, and the REALTOR® Institute. Since then, Donna has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and consistently excellent results across the Hawaiian Islands.
She has successfully represented buyers and sellers in luxury resort properties, oceanfront estates, farm and ranch homes, golf course residences, and upscale condominiums and single-family homes. Donna is known for her deep listening, thorough research, strategic negotiations, and hands-on guidance from start to finish.
Donna was recently selected as the authentic voice of her market for The American Dream TV, the Emmy-nominated national television show that blends lifestyle and real estate storytelling. Airing on major networks such as HGTV and The Travel Channel—as well as streaming platforms like Amazon Prime, YouTube Movies and TV, Tubi, Amazon Fire, Apple TV, and Roku—the show captivates millions of viewers across the country. Through this platform, Donna brings national exposure to Hawaii’s real estate market and showcases the people, properties, and local businesses that define the island lifestyle.
Currently a Broker with Corcoran Pacific Properties, Donna also serves as President of Habitat for Humanity and sits on the Government Affairs Committee for the Hawai‘i State REALTORS® Association. Her leadership includes serving as President of the Kauai Board of REALTORS® (2013, 2017), Board Member (2011–2014, 2016–2018), and Executive Board Member of the Hawaii Association of REALTORS® in 2017. She was Broker-in-Charge for Century 21 All Islands from 2004 to 2014 and is also a respected educator and mentor to fellow agents across the state.
